- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm disappointed with the lack of professionalism that Merki and associates exhibited toward their customer. A student that I forwarded to this company, asked for a review of tax documents due to plausible error, was ignored for two months and can not get a call back. Granted it is tax season but ignoring the individual is unacceptable. I have experienced tax preparation error in the past and having paid for the service, I at least expect a company to investigate and return findings within reasonable time. Neither my family nor those that I forwarded to April will use this company again. NOTE, if you don't want to get screwed I would suggest seeking alternative CPAs.By Kevin Schmitt, October 26, 2016
