- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a customer at Chase Banksince it was Washington Mutual. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire stay with Chase until I walked into this branch. I went in to cash a check from a regular customer that I have received approximately 4 checks from including the one that I just tried to Cash but denied by a Thin white female and the manager whom also was white white! I have cashed checks here for years! I fell like I was treated this way because of my race! To all take your montane direct deposits and go to another bank. This bank is not the one!
