- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆It does have limited parking and it is very very understaffed. I would not call the employees rude, but from what I've seen they are busy the whole time they are there. The first time I went around lunch and saw the time, next day I got there at 6 am ( they open at 8 ) and I still was 6th in line. Got seen by 8:30 tho. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ZERO customer service on behalf of the people working at the counters. I had ALL of my documents for getting a TX license from out of state but one of my items of mail was medical- so not valid- I offered to show her my lease document, she said it needed to be in print, so I asked if she would please print it for me (as the only kind worker working here was doing for another patron when I walked in) she said "she's not required to" and told me to go get a new ticket and get back in line after an hour wait with two young children who were now on the edge of tantrums. Currently waiting......again......in a room full of people who have also been waiting forever......Overall HORRIBLE people work here. Thank goodness for Emily. BUT they were very nice and gentle trying to accommodate all people and at the same time being in compliance with regulation for max. occupancy.
