  I went in to change my last name on my accounts and debit card. I had all my paperwork and identification. Great customer service with the two ladies I met. Went through the whole "name change" signing/clarifications ... etc. There must be a training issue, because I received my new debit card in the mail today... and it is EXACTLY like my old debit card - right down to my old last name. Even the paperwork had my old last name on it. I tried multiple times to get through to someone at this location, with no luck. I just wanted to know if I was going to get the correct card in the mail; if my information was NOT up to date like it should have been; if I needed to come back and start the process all over again. I ended up calling the BOA customer service number and finally got it all straightened out. She said everything looks good, just whomever I saw last Friday made an error and didn't update the debit card. So, now I have two debit cards with the wrong last name, and in 5-7 business days, should *crosses fingers* have the correct one.

  Staff is unhelpful, branch is not large enough and doesn't employ enough tellers to service the volume of customers, drive up ATM's are constantly broken. I avoid this location at all costs. By far the worst Bank of America I've ever been to and the sole reason I am switching bankers.
