- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had some less than perfect pearls tgat had been my Mom's. Wanted to have them restrung for my 2 sisters and me. The owner was honest about the cost and the quality of the pearls. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dropped off two of my husband's favorite watches. 1. They did not inform me that they would be holding the watches for a week before they would be sent to the jeweler. 2. I waited for TWO weeks to find out the cost of repair. 3. The price $75 to adjust and clean is exorbitant. 4. They kept the watch batteries, now the watches don't run at all. 5.
