  No he isn't a sack of $$$$........I live near Manchester GB........and I see what is going on here..........you would be astonished how many people over here are in total agreement with the Sheriff's views on our problem....Our government is trapped between capitalism and an ideology .......and they are winning.....only until we are a few residing on Pendle hill might they just wake up and see that there are dire consequences to their inaction.

  Making this a 4 star so it will not effect the current rating. Can not believe that a person writing a 50 dollar NFS would have to spend over a month in jail just to get into court, with a $3000 dollar bail. Although the jail employees themselves are probably ok, the system stinks. It's all about money. Was planning to retire in Texas. Not now. Looking at Yuma Az. Would have liked to help her but can't afford it.

  I called 911 today because my psychotic brother said he was going to kill my dad. He's on anti depressants and snaps at the littlest things and has threatened to kill us the past few days. Today when we called 911 i was transferred to an officer. I was told that he can't do anything about my brother since he hasn't assaulted us but he would "start head his way over to my house". The useless butthole never showed up. Luckily me and my family were able to leave before things got ugly.
